The Omron Sentech STC-SPB891PCL is a high-performance 8.9MP monochrome Camera Link industrial camera designed for advanced machine vision and inspection applications. Powered by the Sony IMX255 global shutter CMOS sensor, it captures crisp, high-contrast images with distortion-free performance, even when inspecting fast-moving objects.
Delivering a resolution of 4096 × 2160 pixels and a frame rate of up to 91.5 fps (8-bit), the STC-SPB891PCL offers an excellent balance of resolution and speed. Its Camera Link interface (Base / Medium / Full / 80-bit) with PoCL (Power over Camera Link) ensures reliable, high-bandwidth image transfer while reducing cabling complexity.
The camera features a compact 35 × 35 × 40.7 mm housing and standard C-mount lens interface, making it easy to integrate into space-constrained OEM and machine vision systems. Additional imaging functions include ROI scanning, binning, decimation, defective pixel correction, image flip, and multiple trigger modes, providing flexibility for a wide range of industrial inspection and measurement tasks.
The STC-SPB891PCL is ideally suited for semiconductor inspection, PCB imaging, packaging quality control, electronics metrology, robotics, and surface defect detection, where high frame rate and reliable monochrome imaging are required.
