✅ 30-Day Return Window
Products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for in-stock items at King Barcode only, subject to the conditions outlined below.
✅ Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, all items must:
- Be in new, unused condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, cables, and documentation
- Have no signs of wear, damage, or modification
- Include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by King Barcode
Items returned without an RMA may be refused or delayed.

- Items not stocked by King Barcode
✅ Defective or DOA Products
If an item arrives defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival):
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- King Barcode will arrange repair, replacement, or credit in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
✅ Return Shipping
- For customer-initiated returns (wrong item ordered, no longer needed, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For defective or incorrectly shipped items, King Barcode will cover return shipping.
✅ Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved by our team. Allow 5–7 business days after receipt for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.

- Receive your RMA number and return instructions
- Ship the product with the RMA clearly marked on the package
